Welcome to Astroway, an online service provided by FOP Artemchuk, offering personalized astrological reports in digital format (PDF).

By accessing or using the website https://astroway.report/, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.

In accordance with Ukrainian e-commerce and payment regulations, the service is provided by:

Astroway operates as a digital product service and provides automatically generated personalized natal chart reports.

Astroway generates personalized astrological reports based on the user's birth information (date, time, and place).

The report is created automatically and delivered digitally as a PDF file immediately after payment or within several minutes.

Service purpose: entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight.

Astroway does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

Payments for Astroway services are processed by bank card through Mono (Monobank payment tools) or other listed acquiring partners.

By completing the purchase, you authorize FOP Artemchuk to charge your card for the selected service.

Prices are shown in USD or another currency, depending on the payment interface.

1. You enter required birth data and email.
2. You complete payment via card using Mono's payment interface.
3. The digital report (PDF) is generated automatically by the system.
4. You receive the file on the website and/or via email.

Delivery format: electronic (digital) only.
Delivery time: usually within a few minutes after payment.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 1 hour.

Because Astroway provides personalized digital content created automatically based on your unique data, the service cannot be returned or refunded once the report is generated.

This complies with global digital goods standards and Article 13 of the EU Directive on digital content analogs (as referenced by many platforms, including Google).

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure preventing delivery within 24 hours
• Incorrect charge due to a system error

In these cases, you must contact us at astrowayproject@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
Each case is assessed individually.

By using Astroway, you confirm that:

• You provide accurate birth data
• You understand the service is digital and personalized
• You agree not to misuse or resell generated content

All content on the website, including generated reports, text, design, and graphics, is the property of Astroway or licensed third parties.

You receive a personal license for individual use only.

Reproduction, sharing, or resale is prohibited.

Astroway provides content "as is."

We are not responsible for:

• User-entered incorrect birth data
• Interpretations of astrological content
• Any decisions made by the user based on the report

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We collect only the data required to generate your report.

Astroway may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.

Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
